Last year, I baked a batch of pistachio and rose water cupcakes for the inaugural Cupcake Camp Paris event. Though I’m no expert, if I say so myself, they were pretty good! This has become one of my favorite treats to prepare.
In case you’re not familiar with Cupcake Camp, it’s a really fun and tasty event where you can sample cupcakes prepared by many generous participants, from professional bakers and cupcake aficionados like myself. And if you feel up to the challenge, you can enter a batch of your own cupcake creations into one of the many contest the event organizes. There is a small fee for access to the event but it’s worth every penny.
This year, proceeds of Cupcake Camp Paris II will go to the French Chapter of the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
What better way to spend a Sunday afternoon than munching away on delicious cupcakes while participating in an event that will fulfill the wish of an ill child.
